Masters of selling like Joe Girard, Harvey Mackay, and Tom Hopkins built their career on showing appreciation by sending thank you notes. Tom Hopkins made it a goal to send at least 10 thank you notes a day when he started his sales career. At the end of his third year in sales, his business was 100% referrals!
