Wow, proof that branding works... I was just reading the GITA (Global Indus Technovators Awards) MIT page and the word "innovation" came to mind (not even mentioned). Needless to say when I thought "innovation" your site came to mind.

So... in my little world that re-shows me how important "choosing a niche, a topic, fan base" and "becoming the RECOGNIZED EXPERT WITHIN YOUR FIELD" really is.

As one of your readers, I must say you have truly dominated the term "Innovation."

Lastly (as I check my RSS reader ) I enjoyed Leadership and motivation at work - Motivate, Inspire and Innovate and can't wait till your next post.
