Default Removing the Blogger navbar

I downloaded the html code for removing the navbar but it appears to be different to the one shown in the video (the one in the video refers to 'hiding' the navbar, not removing it...plus the text is different as well?. my question is have I downloaded the wrong page or have I made some other sort of mistake here? thanks, regards Nemo.

ps: If these codes are still in use do I have to include all of the text including things like 'Removing Blogger Navbar Place this code....etc.....

I think removing the navbar is against the rules of blogger.com, don't you think so?
