Need Help with My Blog in Wordpress 2.7
I need help with my blog. I want to be able to change the home page every week so that the content stays fresh. However, I also want to continue posting on my blog so that it can be filled with content rich articles for people to read. When I try to post these articles, the first page of my blog changes. How do I stop this? I'm using Wordpress 2.7

You might consider a static page as the home page for your blog. You can do this in wordpress by selecting Settings > Reading. The option is From page displays...

Wordpress does allow the option to keep the post always on top. Check the Post Settings. It is good but sometime it become a headche.....
