Default Press release submission to various sites

Hello,

I'm pretty much worried about publishing duplicated content and all the penalties following it - therefore, I would like to make sure whether it is OK or NOT OK to submit the same press release to several websites?

Thanks in advance,
Inna.

What websites are you thinking about submitting to? And are the penalties you're worried about mostly SEO related? I think it depends on what you want for your release... if you're just looking for SEO I think it's probably best to alter your release and submit it several places, but if you want media coverage I'd recommend paying for distribution through one really good service.

hi Inna

you can reach the media and thereby the consumer by using press release distribution companies.

siemens, 3M (post-it notes), adidas, fujitsu etc use a company called PressPort. they're in about 170 countries so they're international and have a uk website. you can have a look at the site here if you like, i think it might meet your needs Press Release Distribution - online news release distribution

I agree with Goldnote. If you are submitting press release to many sites to get backlinks then you should make each 1 unique. But if backlinks are not an issue then 1 copy of your press reales to many sites is ok.
