2. Will work with 3rd party (purchased lists)
3. Able to deliver html letters
4. Willing to tweak campaigns on regular basis to achieve needed delivery.

Hi Peter:
I don't know of a company that can do that. And, companies that guarantee a delivery rate have no way of knowing how many of the delivered emails go into the recipients spam box once it reaches their computer. If you do find someone to send the emails for you, make sure you ask them what percent of the emails will actually get through the recipients spam filter once delivered. If they give you a number, they're guessing.

The way we look into deluvery is by placing a our own emails within the list (various providers). So we roughly get the idea how it delivers, maybe not as accurate but still it gives us a picture.

Still looking for such services and waiting for offers.

Let me suggest you place your request at Elance.com or Guru.com. You might find someone there who will give you a price for doing this. Personally, I would look at other avenues before going this route ... like joint venture partnering.

The reason I subscribed to this forum was to ask this very question! Bob, I will ride the coat tails of Peter and check out your recommendations.

One question came to mind when I was thinking about this last night though. I used to work for a company that would purchase email lists for their email campaigns. They would put together their email and have Campaign Monitor send it out for them, I know for a fact these were purchased lists. Loooking at Campaign Monitor though, it appears as though they don't support this kind of activity. How are they getting around that?

Spammers will always slip through the cracks. Campaign Monitor is a fairly reputable company though.

spamhaus.org seems to like them at least and they haven't made the ROKSO list yet...

You may want to take a look at DeliverabilityAgent.com - it is a complete mailing platform that will allow you to use 3rd-party lists, and involves using dedicated servers so you are in charge of your own sender reputation. There are a lot of features included to automatically maximize your deliverability rate.

One thing to keep in mind though: your inbox delivery rate has a lot to do with the quality of your 3rd party list, and not necessarily the service you are using.
