Can you track open stats in Outlook Preview Mode?
We're trying to track open rates, but our vendor doesn't count those who just use preview mode in Microsoft Outlook. We think this is hindering results.
I use preview mode, so do a bunch of people, so is there a way to track opens in preview mode compared to actually double clicking the email and opening it? Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Forum
