I have been trying out Keyword Country for a few days now and I must say I'm really impressed.

I especially like how they gauge how many competitors each keyword has. It's not perfect but it seems like a more accurate.

Free Keyword Suggestion Tool from Wordtracker has been a great resource for me as well. It's free, but they also have a very powerful paid version.

Cool Tool Josh, it seems very accurate I typed in a few of my keywords for the Colocation industry and it gave me some great data.. A bit costly however it looks great. I used to use wordtracker and others however I have found that Google https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal does a great job in suggesting targeted keywords to start with and then I can use other tools such as one from Aaron Wall at SEObook http://tools.seobook.com/keyword-tools/seobook/

There are other ways to collect the data you need to be successful however this is a great start for most.

Besides using the usual keyword research tools like Wordtracker and the Adwords tool, I'm experimenting with a Free Keyword Research Tool that allows the user to see the keywords that the top Adwords advertisers in any niche are using. It shows the number of clicks they are getting per word and what they are paying for each word. This is valuable information for setting up ad campaigns and for SEO research.

I don't think I've discovered all the ways to use the data this generates and would appreciate suggestions from others who try out this tool.

To improve the position of the site in search extradition is necessary to draw up a list of keywords that match the site theme. I prefer semrush.com and i am pleased with the result

keyword discovery was a nice tool, but it isn't free any more.How much would you guys say is a reasonable price for keyword services...?Nothing beats google adwords...wat say?

Thanks for a recommended option Bob. I had heard of this tool being in the beta version, constant up gradation. Its going to be one hell of a software with all its features when its done. I will have to give this a serious consideration before the prices shoot up.
