Trying hard to get higher rank on google.
Some say use less than 10 key words , and use same keywords oin title and description, that is acceptable. But putting hidden text, that is silly and ruins the website, is that needed?

Very hard to stick to it.
I will work very hard on my sites everyday for a month or two and then not do it again for 3 months
