I too have had that problem and found it rather distressing.

Since then I have learned to only submit articles that I have 100% originally written. Anything else I reserve for other less fussy article directories.

Even reworked PLR I find is not successful and worth the hassle.

But you might find that a better use of your articles is on blogs, yours and other peoples. You might even find you get better traffic from this tactic for a whole lot less stress. I think its called content syndication.

Hope that gives you a few other useful ideas.

I had the same problem. I posted an article on my blog, the author's name is not the same as I am registered with the EZ. I have stopped because they thought I copied the article for some bodyelse. I had to write an explanation for them, and the suspension was lifted for a couple of days.

I published an article I wrote years ago, I presented EzineArticles elsewhere. It took about a week, which should solve the problem. I do not have to prove who was the original author of this article on your account.

I got suspended myself because ezinearticles said my article was similar to another article. After writing to them my account was reinstated after 6 weeks. Guess this is how the do business.
