Hi,
I'm new on this site, but I wonder if any of the experts have this problem, and know of a solution. I used to write for a living, so I turn our reasonable articles. Ezinearticles rates me as "Platinum" grade, and I have never had an article rejected. Most articles (except the very new ones) have generated several thousand views. Out of curiosity I recently decided to check which ones were indexed. The answer - not one of the 15 I checked, despite many thousands of page views. Is this unusual? Or am I simply incompetent? Hi Bruce:
It's hard to believe that you don't have any articles indexed by Google. How are you checking to see if they're indexed? The best way to check it to go to Yahoo! and do a site search. Type Site:thewebsitewhereyourarticleislocated.com Make sure you substitute thewebsitewhereyourarticleislocated with the actual website. Also, if you're only uploading your articles to ezinearticles.com, you're only getting about 5% of the traffic you could be getting for each article. I strongly encourage you to look at Distribute Your Articles. Quick. Inexpensive. Simple. for distribution. I upload my article to one site and it is redistributed to over 700 sites ... including ezinearticles.com Aloha, Bob Sommers

Just as well you can't see my face - looks like this
.Entered the wrong data in the index checker I was using. They're all indexed. Sorry I wasted your time. I seem to remember an old TV show "Was my face red". Just cast myself in the male lead role. Bruce |

Hi Bruce:
I'm delighted that your articles are indexed. Imagine having each article show up on 800 sites rather than just one site. How many more readers and links would you have? Aloha, Bob Sommers

I am pretty new to ezines and I just copy and paste my article titles into the search bar. This seems to work for me.

For quicker indexing, I do like this, after my article get published:
1. Stumple Upon it. 2. Twitter it (Digg reject EzineArticles) Do you think this help?

Yes, I also social bookmark my articles to get them
a little link juice. It seems to help them keep their ranking in Google.
