Default Decision, Decisions

Hello Fellow Marketers,

I'm new to this and maybe somewhat ambitious too but, I'm engaged in Article Marketing and Blogging.
I'm considering what is the best method Ito use Grow my List. since I'm on a budget.
I'm sure that I will get a Web Site but it may be out of my budget for now, I've heard about the "Squeeze Page" but I lack the knowledge on it to feel comfortable just yet, and I'm aware that I NEED to build my list.

Any suggestions ????

Thanks,
Mike B.

Hi Mike:
This is my suggestion. You need to start with a web presence. It could be a free Weebly website or a blog. I would suggest, since money is an issue, starting with a Blogger blog.

Once you have a place to add content, then I would use it for my list building. That is where you would add your squeeze page to get the name and email address or sell your product or service.

Three things come to mind immediately regarding list building...
  1. Start now. Don't wait. Even if you get 1 person a day for the first 2 months, its a lot better than nothing. Plus when you are ready to launch something you will have 60 people already interested.
  2. Give people a reason to sign-up. A reason they cannot ignore. Be sure the process is automated.
  3. Take advantage of your list. Send them relevant emails on a set schedule so they don't forget about you. I learned this one the hard way.

As for a website, I would recommend starting a Blogger blog (or WordPress.org blog if funds allow) as soon as possible. You can always create a new site/blog in the future, but at least you will have something working for you right now. You can find the Blogger Training Videos here.

Hey Guys,

It's been a while since I last wrote to you but, I've been busy (per your suggestion).
I now have my web site up at www.wisdom-profits.com along with my own blog at: Wisdom-Profits - Wisdom-Profits Blog. Wow, it's also been an education too!
I've got an ebook on my site, I have a Blogger at:Food and Your Health
I have a Squidoo Lens, as well as an Windows Live blog. And just added is my VBlogg.
Now, I'm ready for the next step, Article Marketing ! I've seen the list of where and my question is, How can I automate this ?
Any suggestions ? Any and all help is Greatly Appreciated and Welcome!

Thanks again,
Mike B.

Great job Mike
If you're asking how to automate the distribution of your article, I would suggest using the service by Article Marketer. They will distribute your article to hundreds if not thousands of sites for a fee.
