Hi Bob and Josh,

My name is Ron Hudson and I'm going tell you 5 things about me that you might find interesting. Here goes:

1. Many years ago, I worked as a Staff Accountant at an S&L in Northern Virginia. That S&L was taken over by the RTC. As it turns out the "big wigs" made some poor real estate loan decisions. I was astounded by the executive types efforts to deny that the bank was in trouble. Why? We did the books! They kept that up until the very day the RTC came in and shut the bank down.

2. As a result of my experience in corporate America, I decided to pursue a totally different carreer path that started with me walking on burning hot coals. Yes, I've attended Tony Robbins' seminars! I enjoyed it so much, I made the decision to work in the east coast franchise. It was a wonderful, life altering experience!

Eventually, I ended up traveling the country selling and promoting Tony's B2B event, Strategic Influence - The Power of Personal Marketing. Unfortunately, he doesn't conduct that seminar anymore. I don't know why because it was one of his best seminars.

3. In addition to walking on burning hot coals, I've also been bungee jumping and sky diving. The bungee jumping and sky diving activities were prior to my discovering Tony.

4. Even though I've delivered presentations in front of hundreds of people, I'm really not the type of person who wants to be the life of the party.

5. I secretly want to be a lounge club singer. Just kidding! I really enjoy singing.

BONUS: I worked on President Ronald Reagan's security detail during his visit to the University of Oklahoma. That's it.

My name is Jerry Jellison. I live in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. My areas of expertise are as a consultant in the following areas:

1) Human Resources- qualified to offer assistance in all aspects of Human Resources , but I specialize in Employee Relations and Interviewing.

2) Writing & Editing - this is my passion. I honed and sharpened my writing skills during my long career as a Regional HR Manager in Western Canada for Canada's largest Retail Dept. Store Company ( more than 70,000 employees across Canada).

Three things stand out in my memory of my time in Corporate Human Resources:

1) In 1999, the company presented me with the highest honour available for an HR Executive.....the award for Outstanding Excellence in Human Resources Leadership.

2) I was asked by the CEO to create, publish and act as ongong Editor of an Employee News Magazine. I did so, called it the "Company Connection "and over a ten year period, it grew from 8 pages, 1st edition, to over 100 pages by the tenth and final year. I received another award for extraordinary contribution to communication within the company. I also was asked to prepare a special edition of the news magazine to honor the company's 325 th Anniversary (yes, 325 years- oldest non-stop company still operating in the world). It was a major success.....the largest # of copies we printed (in English & in French)in the ten years of publishing it.

3) In the employee relations aspect of my job, I conducted hundreds of interviews with employees at all levels , listening to sad, difficult and serious situations in their personal and / or work lives and I learned an incredible amount about what makes relationships (of all kinds ) work effectively of fail miserably. In so doing, I had tremendous opportunity to counsel employees at all levels, both sexes, many cultures & religions (incredibly complicating factors) .


I am now using that experience to write ebooks on Relationships of all kinds.
I also write articles ....the most recent being on "How To Deal With Stress!".

I am also using that interviewing, counselling and writing experience to own and operate a writing & editing website (www.jjwritesmith.com). It is a "personal touch" service as though from the client's eyes , inside out. It offers a guarantee of satisfaction....we go back to the drawing board as often as required (hardly ever) until we get it right.....the client must be satisified that the document is the way they had it pictured in their mind. Who uses this service? All those who have important documents that must be well planned , thought out and written, but who do NOT have the confidence to do the work themselves.

I look forward to meeting my fellow "experts" and to working with many of you in cooperation and support of each others 'projects, so that our clients all get the best service available....what ever their needs may be.
