I'm James Savage author of "Sell It Fast", a book that teaches men and women how to sell personal items using classified ads.

I've been trying to learn about internet marketing for 3 years. This is a big world.

One thing I have learned is how to write and spin articles or content for blogs.

Spinning content is okay for posting on different websites. One must never spin an article and post on the same website as the original.

It's okay to post an article, spin it, and post the spun content on your blogs that are relevant to the content.

If I can help members here I will, meanwhile I'll be open to those who help too.

Glad you're with us. I must say however that I am not a fan of article spinning. I would love to hear why you feel you need to spin an article and why you would want to put an article on a website more than once anyway.
Can you show me some proof that article spinning really works? I assume you're doing this because you're afraid of duplicate content or having your ariticle show up in the supplemental index. Is that true or are there other reasons?

Hello article spin1, First I don't want you to feel like you are being "ganged up on" but I don't see the long term value to article spinning software. This software is not competent in articulating content. It can rearrange structure to create the illusion of unique content, that may assist with getting back links but it wont increase conversion rates or build you up as an online source of quality info.
I have come across this type content and it has left me feeling like I wasted 30 seconds of my life while reading it. It only takes about that long to realize that its not worth reading.

I am totally new to marketing, let alone internet marketing. I have so many questions! I would hope I use this forum to ask some silly questions that some of you will know without much effort. I alway appreciate the time that somebody takes to answer my questions.

I'm from California, but live in England now. Much different I must say, but a really awesome place!

I know there are no stupid questions.....but they are the easiest to answer!

You are correct most content spinning software is not competent in articulating content but what I use does a great job.

When you learn how to use it correctly you can rewrite good content and have unique content for blogs or other pages somewhere on the internet with back-links.

If you don't do it right, then you are wasting your time and the content will suck.

I prefer to do it right if I'm going to do it.
