i'm trying to open the video of Create your first blog...can't open...the frame just freezes after it opens.? do you know what the problem is?

There are a few seconds of silence at the beginning, try hitting play (very bottom left, you may need to scroll a bit to see it if your monitor is set to a low resolution) and see if the progress bar begins moving. If it does, it may be the 6 or so seconds of silence.
