I recently bought a list of 1.35 billion e-mail's to market the book I'm writing and a few other little project's.

I plan on complying with the can-spam act 2011. However I need a way to. Send my e-mails to all 1.35 billion people in 1 month, or less than a month, the mass messanger I own (send-blaster pro) will barley do 28,000 a day.

Any suggestions?
