For Members Only Is your ability to speak hindering your capacity to sell your products and services? According to Austin McGonigle, the President of Success Cycle, there's an 85% chance your mouth is the number one reason you're not making more sales. Let me explain.

People buy what they buy for their own reasons ... not yours. And the only way to find out what your prospect really wants is to ask questions and listen intently to their answers. Oh, there is certainly more to sellling than that, but this is where the sales process truly begins.

Austin has spent his entire life helping salespeople understand this concept and he knows what works. Listen to my interview with Austin McGonigle and learn how you can win over every prospect every time.

This was a real treat for me to interview Austin McGonigle. He had a huge influence on my career when I started my customer service training company in 1985.

The information Austin shares in this interview is timeless. It doesn't matter if you're new to sales or if you've been selling for 30 years ... you're going to appreciate what Austin has to say on the subject. I know I did.
