Online vs Offline Relationships

So I was reading an interview with Muhammad Saleem, one of the most famous users on DIGG.
He had an excellent point when it comes to online marketing vs. offline marketing that I wanted to share with everyone here.
My Point: It can be as powerful to be a recognized expert online as it can be offline.
