Shakuhachi Waterfall

The Shakuhachi is a bamboo flute created by Zen monks many hundreds of years ago.
For these Zen monks, the shakuhachi was a spiritual tool, not a musical instrument. The act of playing the shakuhachi relaxed the mind and body in many ways, and subsequently aided their meditation and contemplation.
This is the music I mentioned in my previous posting that combines so well with the sound of the waterfall. Riley Lee, Grand Master Shakuhachi player, and I have created "Shakuhachi Waterfall", a CD designed for massage & meditation. It's wonderfully relaxing.
