56. Show Quick Editing

Hi there, i have the setting set up for quick editing on my blog, its ready to go. I go to view blog and the top right is saying SIGN IN. So i click sign in and it goes to my dashboard. If i click view blog, the pencil is not there for quick editing and the top left is still saying SIGN IN. Its very frustrating not having the ability to quick edit as you so clearly state in your great video just there. If you know what i can do to sort what seems like a signing in issue – i would be most grateful.
Like i say if i am on my blog and i go to the SIGN IN bit, it automatically signs me in and goes to the dash..
any ideas?
