It is still available as of 6/18/08

You will see different options if you are creating a new post rather than editing an old one that already has comments.

Also, if your comments are globally disabled I believe they have changed it to remove the settings all together. (will have to double check this one though.)

Thanks for the heads up on the changes, I will look into it!

Apparently you haven’t updated the video for a while. There has been a change and the options you are discussing in this video don’t exist on the blogger anymore.
