I’m not sure this still works. Whenever I set a post time for the future as you show, it just remains balnk and hidden until the data happens then it appears. On my dashboard it shows as sheduled. Cant see any other way of posting to the future and having it appear.
Re my last comment, problem solved. The page needs to be published and currently live before setting teh publish date to the future. Then it will appear as a static front page. If you just create a page with a future date, then it wo’t appear until that time.
Posting a homepage content first, then adjust Post Page to one, then adjust the homepage options date to the future year eg.2110. Finally you get the result as expected.
how do you create a separate blog page then? with all you blogs on it?
Thank you for this tutorial. It was most helpful to this new blogger, who knows nothing but is learning.
hi, i just want to ask how to remove older post arrow on the first page only in blogger?
Thanks, your video tutorial is great and I have finally made it happen with my blog.
Is this tutorial still current? Making a static homepage can be a great idea for many blogging projects, but I’m not sure if Blogger has updated too much in the last two years or so.

Google ad sense will not approve your blog if you do this. It’s against their policy to create a page for a future date.
